About Tracks of Change
Building practical change before problems become crises.
Tracks of Change Australia Inc. is a registered charity based in Echuca, Victoria, created to bridge the gap between awareness and action for wildlife, communities and the shared spaces around us.
Why it started
Too often, help arrives after the damage has already happened.
Tracks of Change began from seeing how reactive many systems can be. Injured wildlife, habitat pressure, littered public spaces and community issues are often addressed only once they have already escalated.
The aim is to do things differently. Instead of relying only on crisis response, Tracks of Change focuses on prevention, education, practical local action and stronger pathways for people who want to help.
This is not about guilt or shame. It is about giving people simple, visible and achievable ways to leave better tracks behind.
Our purpose
A connected model for wildlife, people and place.
Tracks of Change brings together practical conservation, wildlife support, education, community projects and long-term planning into one broader vision. The work starts locally, but the model is designed to grow over time.
Early action
We believe many problems can be reduced when communities notice and respond sooner.
Practical care
Our focus is on realistic, community-friendly actions that people can actually take.
Shared spaces
Wildlife, people and local environments are connected and need to be planned for together.
Long-term thinking
Tracks of Change is being built carefully, in stages, with the future in mind.
